Room for Rent! I am moving out and will need a replacement to occupy my room. Looking for someone to rent out my room (preferably female) in a 4 bedroom home, right down the street from SDSU! Move-in during the end of July/early August. The lease will be until July 31, 2024. It would be $1000/month & (electric/water/wifi) utilities split between four people. Looking for someone who is a student/young professional (roommates are all in their early twenties) and is LGBTQ+ friendly. No pets allowed, sorry! We have one bedroom available (10x12 ft) with a semi-private half bath (guest half bath immediately across from your room & primarily for your use) and another full bath would be shared between you and 2 other residents. The house is located in a safe neighborhood with strict quiet hours. No parties are allowed in the neighborhood, noise levels are kept to a minimum (perfect for a serious student/someone who enjoys a quiet space!), but a couple of guests occasionally would be fine. Ample parking - driveway parking available & the neighborhood has plenty of street parking for guests. In-unit washer and dryer included & there is AC (AC use kept to a minimum bc we have a cooling roof & good ventilation, great to help reduce electricity use!). There’s also a community pool, jacuzzi, and tennis court as well! Please note, this room does not have a closet. I will have an Ikea closet (see photo) available for your use in the bedroom for a price of $200 (price negotiable). Additionally, a coat closet is available immediately across from the room & will be for your private use. *A dresser can easily fit along with a full size bed and a desk.* Little bit about the roommates: You will be living with 1 male and 2 females. They are super friendly and welcoming! They enjoy their quiet hours as much as they do hanging out and going out. We will be holding Zoom Interviews to see if you will be best fit to live with!
