We are a very pet friendly community with only a few breed restrictions and no weight limits. Our 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments, as well as our 3 bedroom town home, feature plush carpeting or attractive hardwood floors, modern kitchen cabinets and appliances - refrigerator, gas stove and dishwasher included, spacious large closets, and washer and dryers in every unit. Here at Mariner's Cove we also have newly renovated units with granite counter tops in the kitchen and bathroom, new kitchen appliances, a subway back splash in the kitchen and marble tile flooring in the bathroom. Please ask about specific income requirements.
