The Tio Cooper Apartment provide farm labor families with safe, decent, and affordable housing. La Autoridad de Vivienda de la ciudad de El Paso, Texas (HACEP) se enorgullece en ofrecer viviendas asequibles a familias campesinas de trabajo a través de los apartamentos Herb “Tio” Cooper. Construidos en 2003 y en colaboración con el Departamento de Agricultura Y Desarrollo Rural (USDA) los Apartamentos Herb “Tio” Cooper ofrecen a las familias de trabajo Agrícola con una vivienda segura, decente y asequible. In order to qualify, applicants must be a domestic farm laborer or retired or disabled domestic arm laborer. This includes any (and the family of such person) who receives a substantial portion of his or her income from the primary production, handling or processing of agricultural or aquacultural commodities without respect to the source of employment, except that such person shall be a U.
