The Nest, named by the students of KU, is a brand new, ultimate student living community located only a short, private shuttle ride away from campus. The property includes one, two, three and four bedroom houses + townhomes and boasts over 12,000 square feet of customized amenity space developed specifically with the KU student in mind.
