A legacy off-campus community for students attending USC, The Hive offers everything that you want and need, within steps of where you need to be. Versus other student living and on-campus housing options, The Hive offers an up-scale and inclusive experience where all are welcome. This is where memories are made. Select from our variety of newly renovated two-bedroom, two-bathroom floor plans or our newly constructed five-bedrooms, all of which are offered fully furnished, complete with an entertainment system and an all utility-inclusive fee. These garden-style apartments are offered with three floors and are one block away from the nearest grocery store and other community offerings. Looking for something to do?
