The Arden is Raleigh's newest and exquisitely designed, apartment community located adjacent to Centennial Campus and in close proximity to downtown Raleigh. Surrounded by mature woodlands and natural streams, we offer all the conveniences and advantages that fit every lifestyle. Our picturesque pet-friendly community is carefully placed in the inviting backdrop of NC State’s Centennial Campus. Approximately half of our site is naturally preserved. Dorothea Dix Park, Lonnie Poole Golf Course, and Interstate 40 are all convenient to our community – several of which are accessible from the Walnut Creek Greenway Trail that runs along the edge of our property. With remarkable attention to detail, our studio, one, and two-bedroom apartments offer upscale interiors with features such as granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, patios/balconies, and full-size washers and dryers. The Arden is a smoke-free community. All persons leasing an apartment must be at least 22 years of age. While we do not allow undergraduate students, Graduate students may be accepted.
