South Pointe offers updated one- and two-bedroom apartment homes. Recent improvements include new appliance packages, designer paint colors, faux wood flooring, modern light/plumbing fixtures, 2" wood plantation blinds, and much more. You will also find that our community is large pet friendly and offers a great bark park for the four-legged family members. Our community is located in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful mature landscaping and picnic areas with grills throughout. We are just minutes from Trident Technical College, Northwoods Mall, the Naval Weapons Station, the Joint Base Charleston and we are within the Top Rated Hanahan School District. We are constantly working to upgrade our property, with our next plans being to remodel our Laundry Facility as well as the central breezeways within our apartment buildings. Our most recent projects have been putting in new windows in every unit, as well as getting our parking lot repaved. Future projects include getting new dumpsters and dumpster enclosures and upgrading our dog park.
