1. I had a great experience with the leasing team at this complex, especially Kaitlyn and Jess who were incredibly patient and helpful throughout the application process. The finishes in the apartments are modern and well-done, and the location is unbeatable. I'm excited to move in soon and grateful to have found this hidden gem in such a perfect neighborhood.

2. Unfortunately, my experience with the lady on the phone was quite rude and unpleasant. It's a shame because otherwise, the complex looks great, with modern finishes and a convenient location. However, I don't feel comfortable giving my business to a place where I don't feel respected as a potential tenant.

3. I can't believe how lucky I am to have found this stunning complex in such a perfect location! The neighborhood is quiet yet so close to everything I love in NoDa. The building looks brand new, and I'm excited to move in soon and enjoy all that it has to offer.

4. The application process was a breeze thanks to Kait, who made everything so smooth and easy. I love the finishes in the apartments and appreciate how helpful the leasing team was in answering all my questions. The only downside is that the complex is still under construction, but I'm excited to see what it will look like once it's finished and move in soon to this amazing location.
