The Hub is Bowling Green's newest and largest apartment that is the first of it's type in Bowling Green. Centered around an expansive Central Park loaded with amenities, the community offers 3 apartment types: The District, The Preserve, and The Cottages. The District consists of traditional apartment flats available on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floor, all shared by a common breezeway access. The Preserve is designed to offer more of a traditional single-family home design, but still with the conveniences of apartment living. Each apartment has a private entrance, and many have attached 1 or 2 car garages. The Cottages consist of 1-bedroom flats. Each Cottage is on the ground level and has a front porch, large back patio, and reserved, covered parking. All homes in every phase come furnished with washer and dryer, as well as Spectrum cable and internet.The Hub is an apartment community located in and the ZIP Code.
