Our vintage buildings offer modern finishes with some of Petersburg's great history in the details. Every apartment has a spacious living room for relaxing and entertaining. Property has controlled access to the building. All of our apartments come with a stackable washer and dryer. Reserve your apartment today! Our Utility Bundle includes water, sewer, trash, cable + internet for just $99/mo! Additional Fees: $60.00 application fee per person over 18. $199.00 one-time non-refundable setup fee (due 48 hours after approval). $350.00 one-time non-refundable pet fee per pet, two pet max. $50.00 per month per pet. Security Deposit $300.00 to equivalent to 1 month’s rent dependent on credit. Also due 48 hours after approval. Requirements: Applicant(s) make 3x the rent in monthly gross income. A credit score of 550+. Good landlord/tenant history. No outstanding utilities in collections.
