Johnathan’s Ridge is ideally located just off of Alcoa Highway at the top of Red Hill Drive in Louisville, TN. “Close in…but away from it all,” the apartments are just minutes from Maryville, Pellissippi Parkway to West Knoxville, and Greater Downtown Knoxville. Surrounded by many eateries, car dealerships, exercise facilities and shopping areas, Johnathan’s Ridge is also conveniently located near UT Medical Center and Knoxville’s largest airport, McGhee Tyson. All apartments are two bedrooms (walk-in closet in master bedroom), one bath, with 950 square feet of living space. Each is complete with washer/dryer hookups, refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher, luxury vinyl and carpet throughout. Blinds are furnished in all windows. Step through the sliding door to enjoy a private balcony in most units or a comfortable patio. All apartments are professionally painted, professionally cleaned, and are equipped with central air-conditioning and gas heat. We are a pet friendly community! (Restrictions and fees apply) For recreation, the community offers an in-ground pool, (three feet to eight feet in depth), a playground, and enclosed pet play area. Outdoor grills are placed under gazebo’s that surround the pool for resident usage and enjoyment. We are located on top of a beautiful hillside on a private drive. Many of the apartments have a wonderful view of the countryside from the balcony while others enjoy the wooded privacy outside.
