Built in 2012, Lincoya Bay Townhomes are just 10 miles east of the heart of Nashville. Here lies “hip Donelson,” a unique neighborhood that blends historical charm with trendy appeal. Residents enjoy many shopping options that includes Opry Mills and the convenience of Nashville International Airport. Not only are the townhomes right next to Percy Priest Lake and the Hermitage greenway, but they are very close to I-40 for an easy work commute. With all these great amenities, you will find that Lincoya Bay works well with today’s active lifestyle. We offer 2 and 3 bedroom townhomes, both with 2.5 bathrooms. They all come with a washer/dryer already in the townhome and a fully fenced back patio. Tall ceilings, hardwood flooring and arched doorways highlight the spacious living areas. Every townhome also has an attic and plenty of storage options. Kitchens are open and airy and natural light abounds in all living areas. We are pet friendly and have a large dog run.
