About Fieldstone I

Fieldstone Apartment Homes were originally constructed in 1998. Since then, we have more than doubled our size! We are located just moments away from stores such as Kroger, Costco, JCPenney, Wal-Mart and Sam's Club as well as gas stations, restaurants, entertainment, and retail shops. You'll love the ease of access to Bill Morris Parkway which leads directly into the city while still being near the suburbs of Collierville and Germantown. The Shops at Carriage Crossing, also known as the Collierville Mall, is less than fifteen minutes away. Having one of the best locations in Memphis isn't our only benefit, we also have numerous amenities that make our residents feel comfortable knowing they made the right choice when they chose Fieldstone. Phase I was built in 1998 with 324 units. Phase I is currently under renovation as we are updating all fixtures, appliances, cabinetry, countertops, and flooring in the units. Behind our main office, our residents may relish in the sun at our Phase I pool. Located adjacent to the office, we have a 24/7 Luxer-One package center. Phase I is known for its beautiful views which include mature trees and plants across the property. Phase II was built in 2003 with 374 units. Along with Phase I, Phase II is currently under a renovation. In the center of our Phase II location, we have our second of our three sparkling pools. There’s a 24/7 gym adjacent to our corporate office building along with a rentable mini-Malco theater with stadium seating! We also have a dog park located in Phase II for all of our fur friends and family. Phase III and IV were built in 2013 and 2014 with a total of 203 units together. Our third pool is located between these phases along with a cabana that includes our cozy fire-place and a grill for our residents to enjoy. Phase V was built in 2015 with just 63 units. All of our first floor units in this phase have wood plank flooring. Phase VI was built in 2016 with 178 units and is the home of our newest 24/7 gym. Nestled in Phase VII which was built in 2017, residents will find a gorgeous lake view with a flowing fountain. Phase VIII is our newest phase which features a pool with a sundeck and fountain, smart car charging station, Pet park for Large paws and Small paws. Our community is known for excellence in service and we know how to make you feel like you're right at home! We would love to have you here with us!
