Located in the heart of Ashville, we are walking distance to the library, the post office, banking, dining and grocery shopping. We are also convenient to State Route 23 for quick access to Columbus and the surrounding area. Residents attend Teays Valley Schools which receive the best ratings in Pickaway County. The main building was a former school itself, built in 1902. Each apartment is unique and retains some elements and character from the period. The hallways and staircases are original making it easy to think of all the children that passed through them. Children now have room to play in the courtyard or have cook outs with their family.
