The whole complex has a private courtyard with a BBQ/fire pit space. 7th & 7th is located in the East Central portion of Salt Lake City conveniently near the Historic Trolley Square Shopping Center, Liberty Park, and Downtown Salt Lake! 7th & 7th is only minutes to Downtown and is also walking distance to TRAX! Our three buildings come with unique amenities: balcony, custom cabinets and custom fixtures throughout, in-unit washer and dryer, heating/AC, and brand new stainless steel appliances. New appliances include: dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, stove, washer/dryer. The complex offers 24-hour security camera monitoring with a keypad door entry. There is onsite maintenance, onsite parking within in private garage, and onsite bicycle storage. We are pet friendly! We love our critters here and want to make their living experience just as good as yours. Your pets may enjoy a day at our dog park and a fresh cleanup at the pet washing station.
