Driveway parking. The home is located in the popular Washington Square Townhouses with easy access to Hilltop Shopping Center, the interstate, medical, bases, beaches! Application fee is $50 per person occupying the unit over the age of 18 or $75 if you're married. Security Deposit is equal to one months rent minus our one time, non-refundable $350.00 Administrative Fee. Small pets allowed with weight & breed restrictions. All rents are $30.00 additional each month for pet rent per pet & we have a onetime, non-refundable $350.00 Pet Fee for the first pet & an additional, non-refundable $150.00 Pet Fee for each additional pet. (If your pet exceeds 30 Ibs you will be required to complete a Pet Screening Form to see if we can make an exception for your pet before the appointment will be scheduled.
