Located on the banks of the scenic Arkansas river, Twin Rivers apartments has long been the definition of comfort in the Doo-Dah area. Our gorgeous views give a calm country feeling to our homes while our convenient location (off 21st and Amidon) offers convenient shopping; a 3 minute walk away. Our amenities are sure to meet any needs, from our gorgeous swimming pool open 7 days a week, to our amazing remodeled clubhouse. We have 2 tennis courts, a basketball court, a beach volleyball court, a playground! We have a computer lab for the students and river-walk area for the adults to relax. We offer everything from large 475sq.ft. studios to spacious 2/2's with 1000sq.ft. of space. We also help out with the water bill to keep costs down for our residents, while including sewer, trash, and pest control. So, whether you are looking for a calm, quiet serenity away from work, or a place to have a blast, Twin Rivers can accommodate you!
