It sleeps 6 adults with 2 children, and 2 small dogs if approved: Master Bedroom (1 King bed), Bedroom 2 (Orthopedic Adjustable beds: 1 King or 2 Twins XL plus fold out twin), Bedroom 3 (1 Queen bed & futon). The unit has 2 large walk in closets which include bicycles, beach, boat, fishing and dog supplies. The balcony overlooks the Gulf Mexico inlet boat dock/slips and pool. One private parking space is allotted. SUBIT YOUR APPLICATION NOT LATER THAN 30-DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. All potential guests and dogs must be approved by the condominium association and unit owner. Reservations are not fully booked until applications are approved, a personal interview is conducted, the lease and waivers are signed, and the security deposit tendered - so start the process early! The application fee is $100/per married couple or individual adult. A departing $200 cleaning fee is required and an additional 12% tourist tax for leases under 183 days are also not included in the rental rate.
