The Wilson apartments, a unique living experience located in the rolling tree-lined streets of Chapel Hill/Carrboro, are just minutes away to the Weaver Street Market one of the best whole foods markets in the East to experience and enjoy, Carmill Mall, Harris Teeter, and CVS. We have found the Wilson to be very appealing to professionals, graduate students, and families due to its close proximity to the University, great CHCCS public school system, as well as a contemplative environment for quiet study, serious students, and a peaceful lifestyle. As most people who live here know, there is always plenty to do and to have fun in Chapel Hill. Free bus service and a bus stop are just steps away from your front door at the Wilson. Buses run all day and into the evening hours to your favorite destination around town as well as major stops to the downtown area and the University. We also provide designated parking for your convenience. If you like to bike, as many of our residents do, the Wilson has a customized, outdoor, covered bicycle rack to protect your investment. Wilson Park, located just around the corner, features 4 tennis courts, a lighted youth baseball field, playground equipment, picnic tables and grills, a picnic shelter, open play areas, and restrooms. Recently renovated, all of our beautiful and spacious two or three-bedroom apartments with one or two bathrooms, are air-conditioned, have beautiful hardwood floors, washer and dryer, shower/tub, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and a few of our units have soaring cathedral ceilings. Some of our clients prefer the three-bedroom apartments and convert the third bedroom into a designated study. PLEASE NOTE TYPICAL FEES & TIMEFRAMES Non-Refundable Application Fee: $75 Per Adult. Security Deposit: Standard Approval: Equal to One Month's Rent. Conditional Approval: Up to Two Month's Rent. Minimum Verifiable Income Requirements: Standard Approval: 3 x Monthly Rent. Conditional Approval: 2.5 x Monthly Rent. Security Deposit Must be Paid within 24 Hours of Approved Application Notification. Non-Refundable Pet Fee is $300 and must be paid with Security Deposit. 1 Dog Max, 30 lbs or less - no exceptions. ABSOLUTELY NO CATS ALLOWED AT THE WILSON. Lease Must Be Signed Electronically within 24 Hours of Delivery.
