The Gates is not considered "student housing" as the age requirement to lease or rent is 21+. We offer wonderful amenities, close proximity to most of Hickory's' attractions & local favorites. At The Gates we aim to offer a safe, private & comfortable apartment community to adults, family's, seniors, retired individuals, business professionals & anyone who meets the community qualifying standards. We do extensive background screening so that our community is host to all of those who qualify & are approved.
